Sluiter House 2009

The Sluiter House was renovated in 2009 and received a Gold Award and category winner in that year’s Canterbury RMBA House of the Year competition in the Renovations over $500,000 category. Challenges were posed by the house’s hillside position, age, and the strengthening that was required. Paul Reed established an excellent relationship with the architect as well as with the client and is happy to report that ‘everyone is still talking to each other!’ The client and family were absolutely delighted with the finished result.
