The owners of a house in a red-zoned area needed a new house built in a different suburb. The brief was for an architect-designed home with less of a ‘template’ feel that was light and warm, and had versatile, functional spaces. Not only did the result delight the owners but also won a Gold Award as well as winning the overall $250,000 – $350,000 Category in the local Master Builders Awards.
