We’ll follow up your enquiry to discuss your project. If we can provide you with the right service we’ll schedule a meeting with you in person.
This is where we get to understand you and your vision for your future home. We will need to know about what is important to you and your family, as well as timeframes, budgets and all those new home desires you’ve been thinking about for so long. Just as importantly, we’ll need to know what you don’t want and what you fear. If we don’t ask the correct questions, we can’t deliver the right result that you’re looking for that is unique to you.
In our experience having a team approach at this stage means your budget vs design can be continually reviewed. For example, when plans are at a stage that they can be quoted from, we can do so. This avoids the design costs of developing a set of plans and specifications through to the building consent stage only for our clients to experience the cost and disappointment of starting again through budget blow-outs. Working with you through a process such as this, means that if plans or budgets need to be altered, we can make those informed decisions together.
We will work with you regardless of whether you already have a set of plans, concepts or you’re starting from scratch.

Part of good design is making sure that you completely understand what you’re getting from the roof to the door handles. If we do this ground work together at this end, we find that client changes through the build are nearly eliminated. By helping you to avoid variations through the build, we are also helping you avoid adding time and cost to the project.
