When our clients came to us, they had a familiar concern:
"We’ve got a piece of land with an old (and freezing) house — we want to do something, but we’re not sure what."

The existing home, located awkwardly in the middle of the section, was demolished. We then helped plan and secure a two-lot subdivision. On the front lot, we designed and built a stylish, energy-efficient home tailored exactly to our clients’ needs. On the rear lot, we developed a concept plan — designed but not built — to future-proof their options. 

Now, our clients enjoy a beautifully warm, modern home with space to relax and grow. In time, they may choose to build a second dwelling for rental income in retirement, or sell the second section as a valuable asset. 

What started as uncertainty became a strategic, rewarding outcome.
