Our client came to us with experience – and a warning. They
had built once before and didn’t want a repeat of the stress, poor execution,

This project was located in a TC3 zone with natural lateral
movement towards a nearby stream. There were strict 100-year flood protection
requirements, and the structure itself had to be engineered to be both
substantial and re-levelable in the event of future seismic activity.
Groundworks involved mass excavation, sheet piling, and dewatering to depths of
two metres – more akin to a commercial build than a residential one.
In these conditions, teamwork isn’t just helpful — it’s
critical. We worked closely with the structural engineer, geotech engineer, and
concrete technology specialists to plan and deliver a build that balanced
structural integrity with smart methodology and budget-conscious solutions.
The result is a truly stunning architectural home,
